All orders for in-stock products, shipping via our preferred carrier, FedEx, and requiring no special handling
requirements, will ship same day if placed by 4 p.m. Eastern Time Monday - Friday (except holidays).
Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer and therefore may arrive
separately from the rest of your order.
In some instances, we will ship your order in multiple shipments. This may
happen if one or more of the items in your order is backordered or is drop
Our preferred carrier is FedEx. If you would like your order shipped via UPS,
you must have an open account with UPS. Please specify your UPS account number
and desired shipping method when placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship your order via UPS if you do not have a UPS
account that we can bill.
We charge a shipping amount based on the items you are ordering,
where they are shipping to, and the shipping method. You will be able
to see what these rates are after you have provided a shipping address
when checking out.
A hazardous shipping charge applies to orders containing any hazardous items.
Items that are subject to a hazardous fee are noted on the items's product
detail page. The hazardous charge will also be noted on the final page of
the order form. This hazardous fee is included in the shipping amount shown
to you when placing your order.
Most government customers qualify for free ground shipping. This applies to
orders shipping UPS Ground or U.S.P.S. Parcel Post to the contiguous 48
states, Washington D.C., and APO and FPO addresses. Please choose one of these
two methods when placing your order to take advantage of this benefit.
Expedited delivery for government orders is also available. For additional
delivery methods, standard rates apply.
If you have not ordered from us online previously, please indicate that you are
a government customer in the comments field on the last page of the order form.

Choose Order History and then filter by a date range if necessary to
find your order. Click on the order number to show the order details. If any of
your items were shipped through a traceable carrier, a Track Shipment button
will appear. Click on this to track your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot track any packages shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
